Beta-Carro Juice Recipe | Carrots, Apricots, Peaches

I had to try the Beta-Carro juice recipe because I bought so many apricots the last trip to the store. I love apricots and they produce a thick juice. You may have to add some water to this one. I think sparkling water would be great, but even purified water helps to thin this one out and doesn’t really take anything from the taste. That’s what I did.

Using my Omega J8004 masticating juicer I made this delicious recipe.

beta-carro juice recipeI always suggest people dilute the fruit juices, because of the sugar content. I’m careful about the quantity I drink at one time too and I’ve noticed in The Juicing Bible that some of the recipes for fruit juices says, “Serves 1” and I think it’s better to say “Serves 2”. I adjust for that in these articles.

If you’re like me, you’ll experience less of a sugar spike if you eat breakfast or some food with your fruit juices. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your healthcare professional. A phone call is all it takes. That said, fruit juice is great for fasting and cleanses!

Fresh Juice: Beta-Carro Juice Recipe

Serves 2

  • 3 carrots

  • 3 fresh apricots, pitted

  • 3 peaches, pitted

Using your juicer, juice the apricots alternating 1/2 of a carrot between each. Juice the peaches doing the same. I had to let my Omega J8004 run for a few minutes after I finished to make sure I got all of the juice out. There still was quite a bit of juicy pulp on the auger.

Orange Peach Fruit Juice | Simple Recipes

Delicious!!! Orange Peach Fruit Juice! I bought these big, beautiful peaches last week in the grocery store and decided to try some simple recipes. Boy, am I glad I did.

orange peach fruit juiceI love peaches anyway, but haven’t juiced a lot of them. I never cared for removing the pits. Too much hassle. I like to keep things as simple as possible.

However, these large peaches make it super easy to remove the pits and I only have to prepare one. It only takes one large peach! One large peach and two medium size oranges in this recipe. Orange Peach Fruit Juice! I’m making this one more often.

Orange Peach Fruit Juice And Make It Your Way

Such a simple recipe and there are lots of delicious possibilities. Just diluting it with some purified water and adding some ice gave me 24 ounces. What about sparkling water? That would be an interesting mix.

I think some ginger would make a nice addition to this recipe. Just a little, maybe a 1/2 piece of root or less. Try it! Make it anyway you like. I love experimenting.

Makes 16 ounces

  • 1 very large peach

  • 2 navel oranges

Remove the pit from the peach and peel the oranges before juicing. I thought I  might have some trouble juicing these soft fruits in my Omega J8004 juicer, but I took it slow and they juiced perfectly.

So, you can imagine that there are many benefits of drinking orange juice everyday. Natural orange juice can reduce the levels of “bad” cholesterol, as well as blood pressure, preventing cardiovascular problems as a result. Likewise, it is a source rich in vitamin C, which is perfect for preventing colds. – steptohealth.com
